How Does IET Work?

Angelic Ray Energy

IET uses the high frequency of Angelic energy to help release and integrate emotions.

Cellular Memory

When we have an experience, good or bad, these memories are imprinted on our Cellular Memory. Our bodies remember. IET uses the Angelic Energy to release Emotions from the Cellular Memory of the entire body.

Emotions

Specific emotions are repressed within the Cellular Memory, Including Fear, Guilt, Grief, Shame, Anger and more.

Soul Purpose

Once the Angelic Energy clears the Cellular Memory of these repressed Emotions, it allows our energy to connect to our Soul Purpose, helping to guide us and create shifts in our lives to move forward.

What to Expect During A Session

During an IET Session with Carrie-Leigh, an IET session has a flow of Releasing Repressed Emotions while being Integrated with its positive counterpart. Each Emotion is held in specific parts of the body and Carrie-Leigh will let you know which Emotions are being worked on. The sessions can be silent, or you are welcome to talk about these Emotions that are coming up for you.

Near the end, we create a through process shift, and no longer are we focusing on all that we hold on top and have now released, but everything in our life that we would like to invite in and embrace.
